The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk from great shops and restaurants! The staff shines!

Everything was nice, good service, magnificent location adjacent to San Pedro Garza Garcia, a beautiful and safe area of Monterrey. Our room was newly decorated and provided with access to business lounges, shower plus the regular bedroom. The staff members were very supportive and really helpful.

Location is marvellous.

Located in the heart of exclusive San Pedro, this hotel offers amazing mountain views and a superb breakfast buffet that lingers until noon. The modern rooms ensure a comfortable stay, complemented by a dedicated staff that feels like family. Its proximity to shopping and dining spots adds to the charm!

Didn't like anything, except terrible towels.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing

The views from my room were amazing, showcasing the fine mountains right outside my window. The staff were pretty good, especially Mr Miguel. The indoor swimming pool was a serene escape.

The hotel offers a great location near shopping centers, with friendly staff and a spacious room featuring a wonderful mountain view. There were occasional maintenance issues, such as a slow elevator and a water supply problem on the last day, which could have been addressed better.

Nice stay, but check-in was a mess

So we took a family trip and when we got there, the front desk was super slow. Waited almost 3 hours for our room! The staff were nice, and the place was clean overall. The kids loved the pool. Would have been perfect if the check-in went smoother.

I experienced poor customer service during check-in, and my family had issues with room maintenance. The kindness of the concierge and proximity to local amenities were appreciated.

The elegant decoration in the lobby. The spacious hallways were wide and easy to navigate. Plus, the staff was so helpful.

The indoor pool was a hit with the kids! We also took advantage of the tennis court.

My kids wished the hotel had more family-friendly activities.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

I enjoyed my stay thanks to the excellent location near Plaza Fiesta San Agustín and Fashion Drive, made shopping very convenient. The staff was attentive, particularly when I was compensated with free breakfast for the check-in delay. I think having a microwave in the room would significantly enhance the overall experience.

This was just a solid selection for a mini-vacation in Monterrey with good price-value balance. The breakfast bar was pretty good and helped start the day right. Make sure to request extra sheets if you're taller than average.

The location is fantastic, right across from a mall with plenty of dining options. The reception area looked modern and the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. My room felt spacious and had a nice layout. I really enjoyed the pool area. It looked well-maintained, and it was great. The restaurant served an excellent buffet with a variety of delicious options, which I thoroughly enjoyed. On the downside, the bathroom had an old-style faucet, made washing my face a bit tricky. The AC didn't cool properly, and I noticed the hallway carpets needed serious cleaning. These details detracted from what was otherwise a pleasant stay.
